Ok so in the past I've had big problems with email clients not accepting the cert for domains on my cloud server, which culminated in me getting all clients to enter the full machine name xxx.xxx.xxx.uk0.bigv.io for inbound & outbound mail - it's a bit of a mouthfull and still some apple devices have a grumble about the cert.
One the 9th June the certificate renewed and everything started again.. trouble is, all the email clients seem to not want to accept the new cert.. I can put exceptions to ignore the 'incorrect' cert in some clients.. specifically EmClient/Thunderbird.. but most of my customers are on apple products or MsOutlook which wont do such a thing.
I'm really pulling my hair out with this.. I only have max a dozen client domains on the machine with approx 100 email accounts in total.. but it's not feasible that I have to keep visiting these clients due to problems with cert verification. It also looks very unprofessional for me.
Does anyone have any suggestion or permanent solution to this please?
