Apologies to customers who have got bounces from support.bytemark.co.uk in the last day which will affect customers with an IPv6 connection to our network. I'm resolving this issue at the moment.

Should be solved for now - some users might still have problems for another 24 hours, in which case please call us on 01904 890890 or try emailing from a different address!
(rationale: we published an AAAA record for a.ns.bytemark.co.uk, but no glue. So customers who had badly-behaved DNS resolvers on their networks will have been consulting it by accident, and finding that it was publishing slightly different records from the resolvers on the old v4 addresses).
