Could be great to just be able to change the billing address and card without a chain of emails to support. Any reasons why its not part of the portal?
Hi taptapgroup. Thanks for your feedback. While you can manage your card details through the Bytemark Panel at the moment, we do want customers to be able to manage their contact details as well. I understand that security concerns have been raised about this feature in the past, which may have delayed its introduction. I’m afraid I don’t know when this facility will be introduced, but would you be happy for us to contact you when it is, so you can give us your thoughts?
