We've just resolved some down time on the BigV "brain" service that controls changes to BigV virtual machines. For the last 25 minutes it will have been unresponsive to change requests and you'll have received this message when trying to use the client:
There was a connection error communicating with the the BigV cluster. This is
probably a transient problem. Please retry your request. If the error
persists, please email email@example.com for further assistance.
We're still tracking down what might have caused this, but no VM down time should have resulted from this outage of the control service. You should now be able to create, delete and list your virtual machines again though.
